Kerui BR2 RAM BOP (S-SHAPED STRUCTURE)

The BOP main pressure-bearing parts are casted and cost effective. The opening/closing of side door is rotating form, and the hydraulic control assembly rotates around the hinged seat. The ram BOP is an important part of well control unit and it is mainly applied to control the wellhead pressure during drilling, workover, and oil testing operations to prevent blowout effectively to realize safe operation.
Product features:
1.A sand trap is set in the ram chamber for removing sand, gravel and other impurity to protect the ram and the ram chamber
2.Floating seal structure is used between side door and body, which strengthen sealing performance by wellbore pressure, and meanwhile reduce the pre-tightening force of side door
3.Shear ram with full seal function, after finishing shearing operation, it can fully close the wellhead
4.In case of sealed condition, drilling fluid circulation, choking and blowout prevention,
killing operations can be achieved by the manifolds connected with the side outlet of the body
