1. Touch screen and PLC
The vertical glass blasting machine automatic control system consists of a touch screen and PLC. The PLC panel can display the
operation,height, width and position of the sandblasting. It is easy for operation.

2.Automatic and Manual Sandblasting Gun
A is the automatic sandblasting guns. It is a combination of air gun and sand gun. The matching air compressor makes the negative pressure suck the aluminium oxide and sandblasting.
B is the manual sandblasting gun. When the glass is automatically blasted, there is a small flaw in the glass, which can be supplemented by it.
3.The pedal
Pedals for Manual gun and delivery conveyor which are used to control manual blasting guns and conveyor belt separately.
4.The Brush
The brush prevents the dust in the blasting room from overflowing.
5. The Baffle and Charm Holes
C is the baffle (removable), and the open top design allows the blasting machine to process larger glass, but the glass outside the sandblasting room cannot be sandblasted during processing.
D are the charm holes and are used to move the machine.
6. The lifting conveyor belt
The lifting conveyor belt is used to control the up and down movement of the automatic sandblast gun.
