Description
The product has small aeration bubble, large contact area, uniform bubble diffusion, not easy to produce hole blockage, strong corrosion resistance.The unique disc structure design and the selection of high-quality materials completely solve the problems that have plagued the microporous aerator for many years in operation (such as: diaphragm falling off, diaphragm tearing, diaphragm not opening, waste liquid reflux, etc.).
The aerator is designed as a slightly raised arch surface (mushroom shape), using ABS engineering plastics as the main body.Diaphragm with anti-adhesion surface of special imported rubber, made by special processing, diaphragm hole selection of Germany imported CNC knife hole, to ensure the quality and precision of the hole.
When air inlet, the micropores on the air film expand and expand themselves to ensure the air through.
When the aeration is stopped, the variable microholes in the air film are closed. Because the variable microholes in the air film expand and contract by themselves, the blocking phenomenon of the microholes in the aerator is avoided.A check valve device is provided in the chassis of the aerator to prevent the mixture from entering the air distribution branch pipe when the air supply is stopped by the piping system, so as to avoid the blockage of the mixture in the branch pipe.
