Poly (ether ether ketone)(PEEK) is a linear polymer whose main chain is composed of Aryl, ketone and ether bonds. PEEK has a large
number of benzene rings in its molecular chain, so its heat resistance can match that of polyimide, while two ether chains and a
renegade group provide the material with flexibility and excellent workmanship.

2. OVERVIEW of PEEK Capillary Tubing
PEEK capillary tubing is designed specifically for the demands of high pressure chromatography (HPLC). More corrosion resistant
than stainless steel, PEEK is strong enough to take the pressure of 5,000 psi. PEEK has nearly the heat reisstance and chemical
resistance of PTFE, but it is also structurally strong and abrasion resistant. It does not leach, and it is unaffected by
continuous exposure to steam.
