Introduction of Jieda PS1250 Perforated Top Discharge Centrifuge For Sale
This PS1250 model Basket Centrifuge is top discharge and intermittent operation type centrifuge. Material is feeded into the drum from the top, with the centrifugal force, liquid is discharged out of he machine through the filter bag, and solids retained in the filter bag. After the drum stops, then to discharge the solids.
Standard Manufacturing Form of Jieda PS1250 Perforated Top Discharge Centrifuge:
1.Structure: The housing is equipped with the feeding pipe, washing pipe, sight glass, exhaust port, and lighting hole. The closed structure, basket, housing and cover are made of stainless steel SUS304. The machine base is made of castings. The surface is covering with stainless steel. The interior and exterior surfaces of basket and housing, and the surface of exposed parts in the machine are all subjected to polishing treatment.
2.All fasteners are made of stainless steel.
3.Driving and braking: Explosion-proof motor + frequency converter .
4.Foundation-free type (balancing block + imported high-precision liquid damping agent type vibration isolator).
