Features
01. Automatic infusion: According to the doctor’s advice, set the infusion volume and speed. The linear peristaltic pump which is microcomputer controlled will manage infusion pump to make automatic infusion according to the setting infusion speed.
02. KVO status: After finishing the total volume of infusion, the pump will switch to KVO status automatically. (Keep vein open status).
0 3. Audible and visual alarm: Five kinds of alarms including Occlusion alarm, Bubble alarm, Door Open alarm, Infusion Finished alarm and Under-voltage alarm. When infusion failed, audible and visual alarm will occur and remind the operators to dispose in time.
04. Apply to variety liquids: It can be used to infuse colorless transparent liquid and high nutrient solutions and color opaque liquid.
05. Apply to infusion apparatus:
Ordinary infusion apparatus: Normal PVC titration transparent or lucifuge infusion apparatus (pipe diameter is about 3.5mm) can be used. Please make sure the pipe diameter and pipe wall of infusion apparatus must have a certain elasticity coefficient.
New infusion apparatus should take calibration of the infusion precision before the first use. Note: Other specifications of the infusion apparatus may not be able to maintain accuracy (Even if the precision is being calibrated).Specialized infusion apparatus: Specialized infusion apparatus has high elastic silicone tube. Please contact our company for purchasing.
Warning: The pump may be unable to maintain accuracy if use infusion apparatus which is not recommended.
06. AC/DC alternative: Built-in NI-MH rechargeable battery makes sure the device still can be used when the sudden power off. The machine automatically charges itself when the battery volume is low and stops when it’s fully charged, and the indication light switches off. Please make sure it’s fully charged around 7 hours or it will shorten the lifespan of battery. Low voltage alarm will occur and indication light will flash when the battery mostly runs out in order to remind the operators to dispose in time.
07. Quick exhaust: Press the quick exhaust button twice and enter quick exhaust status. The stop status is quick exhaust, and the exhausted liquid will not be counted into cumulative infusion rate. Start state is quick transfused; discharged liquid will be counted into cumulative infusion rate. Loosen the button; the quick exhaust state will be stopped.
08. Infusion rate: It has Drop/min and ml/h two setting modes for users to choose. Note: Drop/min and ml/h is conversed from 20 Drops/ml, which is different from the actual drops.
09. Call interface: Reserve call interface to provide the centralized monitoring function for nurse station.

Q1: What is the minimum order that we can place?
A: We expect your minimum orders to be of at least US$ 1000. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning in order to test market of our products. Samples against cost are available on request.

Q2: What are your payment terms?
A: All payment should be made in US dollars, for other International currency, we will specify in the proforma invoice sent toyou. We provide the following options for payment:
Full Advance Payment: This method is most convenient for all orders as it minimizes the bank charges involved in other methods of payment. You may arrange Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire Transfer in your bank to our company account under intimation to us.
Part Payment in Advance: For larger orders, we expect that you send 30% down payment in advance. Balance payment is payable before shipment. You may arrange Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Wire Transfer in your bank to our company account under intimation to us.
Letter of Credit: We expect Sight Letter of Credit against bulk orders. This method involves considerable Bank charges. All Bank changes as per the terms of Letter of Credit, must be to the account of the buyer.
PayPal, Western Union, and Credit Card: We accept small payment by PayPal or Western union, the credit card can be used through our PayPal invoice.

Q3:What's your warranty and after sales service?
A1.ARI products come with 2 years warranty on main unit (X-ray machines 14 months warranty) from the date of production. If any malfunction is caused by quality related problems within warranty period, the products can be repaired for free by ARI.
A2.ARI will provide spare parts and support for the products for not less than 5 years from ARI’s delivery.
A3.ARI will provide necessary upgrade during products’ service period as an added-value service to meet customer’s requirements for function, application or performance. (Upgrade may not be applicable for some models)
A4.For Under warranty service, ARI will send replacement parts to customers after confirming the problem can be solved by replacing parts. The freight cost for sending the good replacement parts is borne by ARI. After receiving and replacing with the good parts, customers should return the defective parts to ARI under our shipment instruction.
A5.For out of warranty service, ARI will advise service charge with cost price and provide a proforma invoice for payment transfer.After receiving the service charge, ARI will repair and return the parts to the customer after the parts are repaired and testedto be in good working condition.
