Sleeper Replacer
The Sleeper Replacer is a sleeper replacement attachment designed to provide safe andefficient replacement of sleepers. The Sleeper Replacer has innovative tilt and rotate functions which allow sleepers to be
changed from both the middle and side of the track.
Designed for effective movement and recessing of the track ballast, this high performance sleeper replacer provides a versatile,
high-output, cost effective and safe working method for track maintenance.
The new attachment sleeper changer is a multifunction device for filling and removal of ballasting as well as replacement of
single sleepers and several successive sleepers. The unit is attached to a railroad excavator or to a track machine also supplying
the hydraulic power required.
Hydraulically operated sleeper tongs as well as a rotating drive with endless turning range allow for safe and careful removing
and laying of concrete sleepers , wooden sleepers as well as concrete blocks and steel t-bars.
One attachment moves the stone away from the sleepers, grabs the sleeper and guides it from under the track – The reverse process
replaces the sleeper completely free of damage vIt can quickly replace sleepers and reduce construction delays caused by key
points. It has strong maneuverability, strong mechanical power, stable mechanical operation, and good safety performance. It is
suitable for the development of the replacement of sleepers in the current large, medium, and maintenance work. It is easy to
