Product Overview


Polycrystalline diamond materials, for use in polycrystalline diamond compact (PDC) bits, are one of the most important material advances for oil drilling tools in recent years. Fixed-head bits rotate as one piece and contain no separately moving parts. When fixed-head bits use PDC cutters, they are commonly called PDC bits. The popularity of bits using PDC cutters has grown steadily,and they are nearly as common as roller-cone bits in many drilling applications.






Introduction of PDC drill bit
♦ Steel body with hardening tungsten carbide surface(WC),make the drill bit both high strength and very strong abrasion
resistance.
♦ Dedicated PDC cutter can improve the life and shield the risk of complex formation drill not passed.
♦ Raw materials: Alloy steel with a special treatment, achieve better mechanical properties (Rp0, 2: 1200MPa; Rm: 1100 MPa)
♦ Low torque spiral design and software designed tooth reduce the cutting edge wear & increase life
♦ (no repair life up to 8300 M/pc).
♦ The unique parabolic crown-shaped design and tooth balance design keeps smooth drilling under high speed.
♦ (Speeds up to 30~40m/h.)
