2.Q: What’s sample production time?

A: For standard model of outdoor display, normally need 2-3 working weeks. For customized project, the production time need to be confirmed accordingly. (Around 5-6 working weeks)

3.Q: What’s your warranty term?

A: Our product Warranty--one year under normal use. Definition – All products ordered will be covered by a parts replacement warranty. Should any faulty product be identified by customer, customer shall inform us of the component that is faulty, and we shall ship a replacement component to CUSTOMER free of charge.

4.Q: What’s the outdoor LCD display working temperature range?

A: With air flow cooling system, working temperature -10℃-60℃.

5.Q: What’s your outdoor LCD screen brightness?

A: For outdoor display, we have 1500nits to 5000nits high brightness LCD panel optional.

6.Q: How to use and install it?

A: To help customer easy to use and install, we will send user manual and instruction videos to customer.

7.Q: What’s the packing?

A: For LCD digital signage, we adopt thick foam inside with goods packed into strong plywood wooden box to ensure the safety during export delivery.
