Main functions and characteristics of LED refrigerator lamp:
1. LED light source is adopted, with long service life, low power consumption and durability
2. The amorphous, odorless, non-toxic and highly transparent PC thermoplastic engineering plastics are adopted, which have excellent physical and mechanical properties and can be used for a long time at low temperature.
3. The circuit board adopts all glass fiber circuit board with low water absorption and good moisture-proof performance, with a thickness of 1.2mm, fast heat dissipation and not easy to break.
4. The lamp body structure adopts waterproof stainless steel screws, which are filled with sealant with excellent performance, and the outer layer is tightly wrapped with waterproof silicone sleeve, which is double-layer waterproof, and the protection grade reaches IP67, which can fully meet the requirements of general outdoor and freezer.
Processing technology:
1. SMT mounting process: the automatic mounting equipment is used to mount the light source board and power board, and the lead-free solder paste mounting process is adopted
2. Welding process: thin film capacitor, thermistor and 3C wire are manually welded on the power board, using lead-free tin wire welding process
3. Assembly process: assemble the power supply, light source, kit and other materials into finished products. The lamp caps at both ends shall be filled with sealant to ensure that the lamps can be waterproof
4. Waterproof test: immerse the lamp in the water tank for aging for 48h, and test the waterproof of the lamp
5. Grounding test: test whether the lamp has grounding function to ensure the safety of the lamp
6. Aging test: the lamps shall be aged for 48h, and the lamps shall be subjected to cyclic impact by means of high and low voltage (ac198v ~ 242v) aging
7. Packaging process: check whether the appearance and function of lamps are good, and paste labels such as lamp body mark and certificate of conformity
