PRODUCT FEATURE
WTQ-1050 series shaft rotary torque sensors are precision measurement instruments for contact measurement of various torques and speeds. Torque measurement uses resistance strain gauge measurement technology, and power supply and signal output are achieved through brushes.
1.Resistance strain is an integrated product composed of sensitive components and integrated circuits;
2. High precision, stable and reliable performance;
3. It can measure the torque value in both directions and the speed;
4. Connection method: Both ends are keyed.
SIGNAL PROCESSING
1: It can also be equipped with the company's secondary instrument, Using the series of torque instrument to display the torque value.
2: The torque value can be transformed to 4—20m A or 0—5V ,0-10V analog signals by the circumscribed modules.
3: Sending the torque frequency signal to computer or PLC to processing directly.
USING TIPS
1: In case of producing the bending moment,the bases of the torque transducer and the equipment should be fastened flexibly. Make sure they can swing.
2: In case of vibrating, Power and load equipment should be fastened reliably.
