Description
Color prepainted steel coil is a product made of hot galvanized sheet, hot plated aluminum zinc sheet, galvanized sheet, etc., after surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), coated with one or several layers of organic coating on the surface, and then baked and cured. The use of hot galvanized steel coil as the base material of color prepainted steel coil in addition to zinc layer protection, zinc layer on the organic coating plays a covering and protection role, prevent steel rust, the service life is longer than galvanized coil, about 1.5 times. For the construction industry, it is mainly used for the roof, wall and door of steel structure workshop, airport, warehouse and freezing and other industrial and commercial buildings.
