Application range
S28 series mobile lifting type double-arm resin sand mixer is widely used in the mixing of large-scale cast iron, cast steel and other resin self-hardening sand and water glass sand.
This machine is a movable and adjustable lifting sand mixer with convenient operation and complete functions.It can be adjusted and selected according to different resin sand process characteristics.The machine is mainly composed of sand mixer, moving mechanism, sand hopper, electric control system, dust removal system, etc.

Single-arm resin sand mixer, resin sand mixer is suitable for the mixing of various kinds of self-hardening sand such as resin sand, water glass sand, etc. in the production of cast steel, cast iron, non-ferrous alloys, etc. The requirements of manual modeling can also be configured for use in HR core shooter, mechanized modeling and core production.

Product Description
Technical features of continuous resin sand mixer:
1. The temperature control device, filter, metering pump, automatic liquid material valve, and resin sand automatic control valve are carefully selected according to different process requirements to ensure stable and reliable flow.
2. The liquid material system is equipped with a backflow prevention function, which can avoid the influence of liquid material backflow on the feeding accuracy.
3 The sand port under the boom is equipped with a dust removal port, which can further remove the dust in the sand.
4. The spindle speed is set to low speed, the length of the stirring cage is longer, and the arrangement of the double spiral stirring knife makes the sand mixing more uniform.
5. The stirring knife is inlaid with a hard tungsten steel alloy knife head. The unique positioning structure can ensure the accurate assembly of the angle. When the length of the knife head is adjusted, the angle remains unchanged, and its service life is more than 5000 hours.

7. Resin is conveyed by gear pump (with stepless speed governor), and curing agent conveying pump is mechanical diaphragm pump imported from Italy.
