It can be processed into balls, strips or irregular shapes by mixing with binder and other additives, to form molecular sieves or directly to make activated powders after high temperature calcination.

4A molecular sieve powder or 4A zeolite powder, is mostly used in the production of polymers such as polyurethane, to absorb moisture and other impurities that affect product quality, without changing its own physical and chemical properties. Also used as a selective adsorbent, added in the production process of specific polymers or coatings, to adsorb carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and other gases. Or used as insulating glass desiccant and catalyst carrier.
