Reactor
The size of MJ-2 batch type proylysis plant is D 1400* L 4000* T 12 mm. Its capacity is at 1-2 tons per day. The reactor is made of Q245R boiler steel, can withstand high temperature and pressure, has longtime service life.
Three-in-one Integrated Oil Gas Condenser
The condenser is made of Q235B carbon steel. It includes the condenser tubes, oil storage tank and hydroseal. The three-in-one integrated oil gas condenser is easier for transportation ,installation and maintenance.
Manifold
Manifold can separate the heavy oil gas and light oil gas to improve the oil quality.
Dedusting System
Dedusting system can cool down and clean the high temperature exhaust gas during the pyrolysis process. It makes the plant no pollution.
Water Circulation System
Water cooling system can recycle the water used in the whole process. It can cool down the hot water used in the heat exchange.
