Product Description for Concrete Mixer Truck
Concrete mixing transport trucks or Concrete mixing transport trucks (in-transit mixers) are made to mix concrete and transport it to the construction site. They can be charged with dry materials and water, with the mixing occurring during transport. They can also be loaded from a "central mix" plant; with this process, the material has already been mixed prior to loading. The concrete mixing transport truck maintains the material's liquid state through agitation, or turning of the drum, until delivery.
These trucks have an interior turbine that pushes the mixed concrete up against gravity inside the drum. The interior of the drum on a concrete mixing truck is fitted with a
spiral blade. In one rotational direction, the concrete is pushed deeper into the drum. This is the direction the drum is rotated while the concrete is being transported to the building site. This is known as "charging" the mixer. When the drum rotates in the other direction, the Archimedes' screw-type arrangement "discharges", or forces the concrete out of the drum. From there it may go onto chutes to guide the viscous concrete directly to the job site

Tank Body with Small Tilt angle, Low Center of Gravity
A pear-shaped structure is adopted for our mixing tank, which is featured by small inclination angle and low gravity center. The safe and stable driving thus be ensured.
Fast and Durable Feeding and Discharging System
The feeding hopper has large space, reasonable design angle, fast feeding speed, and is not prone to blockage and jamming; the discharge chute can rotate 180 degrees, and there is a limit device every 20 degrees, which can be adjusted up and down, left and right. Three-layer wear resistant plate structure is used in the feeding and discharging system to effectively improve the service life; the rear part is equipped with a concrete receiving box to prevent the dripping of concrete and improve the environmental performance of the vehicle.
Control System with Three Control Points
A control lever system with accurate positioning and reliable control is adopted, with three control points in the cab and on both sides of the rear of the vehicle. This control system is characterized by compact structure, flexible operation and reliable control.
Efficient Water Supply System
It is equipped with a large water tank of 450 liters, and the water supply is pneumatically.The flushing pressure is controlled within the range of 0.35~0.4Mpa. The main water pipe adopts galvanized pipe, which greatly improves the antifreeze and anti-aging capabilities of the waterway.There is a flushing water pipe, which is convenient for cleaning and flushing of the vehicle.
Double logarithm and Archimedes Spiral Blade
The mixing tank and blades are made of Q345B wear-resistant steel, which has good wear resistance and long service life. The double logarithm and Archimedes spiral is adopted for the blade, which has excellent stirring performance. The feeding speed is greater than 5 M3 per minute, the discharging speed is greater than 3 M3 per minute, and the residual rate is low.

Transportation Mode Selection
There are four main kinds of transportation mode for delivering our concrete mixer truck ,
namely, by Normal 40 HQ Container, by Flat Rack Container, Bulk Shipping and RO-RO Cargo.
1.The 6m3 concrete mixer truck or smaller concrete mixer truck could be delivered by normal 40HQ container.
2. Flat Rack Container Shipping combines the advantages of bulk cargo and container transportation, with low time and transportation cost, but the product appearance is not easy to protect
3.Bulk cargo transportation is cheap, but the products are easy to rust due to wind and sun, so waxing can be selected during delivery.
4.The price of Ro-Ro shipping is higher than that of bulk cargo, and there are also requirements for the height of products, but it has better product protection.
