Description
This Plastic Washing Line is used for Rigid Plastic scraps/flakes of Chimney/Disc/Bottles, Soft Plastic Film, Bags, Rope and etc. This plastic washing line is composed of conveyor belt, Shredder, Washing Machine, Rinse Tank. and Dryer.
The production line can be customized according to the quality of the raw material and special needs of the customer.

Screw Feeder:

Water Tank + Supporting bracket with rack and blowers: Water tank is mainly used to cool down the plastic strips and to maintain its shape. The blowers are used to dehydrate.
