Turntable Provides a Method of Changing Pallet Travel Direction by Rotating the Pallet Through any Angle from 90° Up to 180° when Pallet Handling Lines Intersect or Change Directions. Unlike Chain Transfer Conveyor, Turntable Maintain Product Orientation Through an Intersection. They can also be Used to Reverse the Orientation of a Product or Allow a Pass Through Depending on Application Requirements.

UTC90 Turntable Conveyor is Used to Rotate Products Up to 90 Degrees. Rotation of the Turntable is Powered by a 0.55 kw Bottom Shaft Mounted Brake Gearmotor Complete with Inverter for Soft Start / Stop and has Proximity Switches Mounted on the Base to Sense Position and Control the Rotation. Convey Section of the Turntable is Powered by a 0.75 kw Side Mounted Gearmotor Complete with Chain Driven Live Roller Table Top that with Dia. 76 mm x 3.0 mm Wall Thickness Galvanized Steel Rollers on 135 mm Centers and Operates at 10 m/min.
