4. Do your products have qualitycertification? How long is the warranty time?
All of our EV charging products posses with CE, TUV certifications. Usually, the warranty time of EV charger cable is 1 year, 2 years for Wallbox EV charger.
5. How do you deliver your goods to me? How long will it take?
We have various ways of shipment for customers to choose, DHL, TNT, UPS, Air freight, Ocean freight. If not have the
special requirements, the weight of products less than 50kg will be arranged by DHL (5-7 days), the weight of products more than 50 kg will be arranged by Ocean freight (30 days). Some stock will be shipped within 3 days , But pls note that this is just the time of transportation, Our producing time will be varied from 5 days to 12 days due to the quantity of order, the level of busyness in production line.
6. What is OEM service can you offer?
Logo,Color,Cable, Plug, Connector,Packages, and anything others you want to customized, pls feel free to contact us.
