We have been engaged in manufacturing fabric pleating for nearly 15 days. This pleating machine is dedicated for fabric, chiffon, nylon with single vertical pleat pattern at a high efficiency on only ysunray fabric pieces.
Our factory is located in Changzhou city, Jiangsu Province which is just 1 hour from Shanghai by train. You may send us sample to make a trial on our new installed machine before you place the order. We won't persuade you anything without fullfilling your expectation.

Computerized ZJ-516 sunray pleating machine is improved to make smaller radius.
Computerized ZJ-516 sunray pleating machine differed details are screw conveying instead of chains as above picture.
Also, working width (skrit length) is custom made.
Non-Computerized ZJ-516 sunray pleating machine differed details are chains and wooden table as above picture.

We totally have model ZJ-217, ZJ-416, ZJ-516, ZJ-316D, HE-202, HE-217-T, ZJ-816 fabric pleating machine.
►ZJ-217 is the most functional machine and possible to equipped with computer and pneumatic system, and it is fixed with the most knife types.
To produce bamboo leaf pattern, box pleat pattern, side pleat pattern, wave pleat pattern individually, users just need change knife to achieve it.
►ZJ-416 pleats single vertical pattern, which is called by toothpick pleat. It is fixed with only steel belt and steel comb.
►ZJ-516 pleats accordion but is merely applicable for sun-ray fabric piece / panel.
►ZJ-316D knife moves leftwards and rightwards to form pleat designs. 3 knives included.
►HE-202 pinching machine for pleating. 3 moulds included
►HE-207-T is jacquard machine but for pleating too, neither knitting nor weaving.
►ZJ-816 isn't so prevalent like the above models, it is kind of shrinking/ruffle pleating. Its feature is Roller type decides
pleat pattern. Please vide our product ZJ-816 machine separately.
►HE-217-B for big box pleats and big knife pleats for school uniform
Difference between ZJ-217 machine pleating skirt and ZJ-516 machine pleating skirt.
ZJ-217 makes flat pleat while ZJ-516 makes vertial and sunray shape.
