Aramid packing is made of aramid fiber impregnated with PTFE emulsion and lubricant. Has good chemical resistance, high resilience, low cold flow. With excellent high-speed, high-modulus properties (known as artificial metal wire), it is three times stronger and five times lighter than metal wire. Therefore, it is resistant to granular crystallization media and higher temperatures than other types of packing and can be used alone or in combination with other packings.
