Product Description
KDAS is a double-acting composite seal, consisting of three parts: one elastic seal A, two support rings B, and two guide rings C.
Elastic seal A has a special section and three sealing lips are close to the cylinder wall (dynamic seal). The middle lip is thicker and plays the main sealing role, while the other two lips play the auxiliary sealing role. The bottom side is close to the bottom of the piston groove (static seal), and the contact is large for the above three lips.
Support ring B is placed on both sides of A for positioning. Support the elastic seal A and prevent the radial seal clearance of A. The support ring B is stepped, and there are many bumps on the side contacting the sealing element to prevent the sealing ring from rotating during operation.
The guide ring C is rectangular and installed on the piston to guide and absorb axial force. Several axial grooves are opened at the top and bottom of the guide ring so that the pressure oil can pass through the guide ring, so the elastic seal A can feel all the working pressure and quickly release the pressure when changing direction. This prevents continuous overpressure in front of elastic seal A.
