About PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) Cutter Polycrystalline diamond cutters (PDC) Comprise a polycrystalline diamond (PCD) Top layer integrally sintered onto a tungsten carbide substrate using a high- pressure, high- temperature process(60, 000 atmospheric pressure, 1400-1500 ). This layer combination allows consistently high drilling performance to be maintained. The polycrystalline diamond layer offers controlled wear and the retention of a sharp cutting edge. The tungsten carbide substrate provides a strong and tough support for the polycrystalline diamond layer while facilitating attachment to the drill bit body.
The Planar interface PDC Cutter for oil&gas field is new type and patant PDC cutter that designed by ourself. We manufacture them with higher purity and high grade diamond micro powder and carbide under the advanced technology. The C-C bond of polycrystalline diamond are integrated and perfect, it make diamond layer with high strength, high hardness, high abrasion resistance. The PDC cutters are designed with many kinds of teeth shape and processed by special technology at the latter production. It will reduce the Remanent stress of PDC cutters, make the integrated interface more deep- Set, high thermal stability(temperature can be 750 )
And high impact resistance. For all PDC oil & gas cutter ranges, the chamfer details on both the polycrystalline diamond table and the tungsten carbide layers can be manufactured to customer requirements. We use the latest advances in materials technology, coupled with optimized engineering design, to achieve superior drilling performance.

Less than 50kg shipping by courier better Delivery : If we have stock, the delivery time will need about 2~3 working days.
