The welding host of the JBH corrugated web H-beam welding production line is a robot/JBH15 corrugated web H-beam semiautomatic welding production line, and the welding host is a dedicated mechanical arm.The corrugated web H-beam produced by the production line is a new type of building material widely used in bridges, columns, single span, and multi span frame structures. The surface of its web plate is wavy, and compared with flat web H-beam, it can save 20% -60% of steel under the same strength. Especially in applications such as large-span and crane beams, it has a high cost-effectiveness (with a 1.5-meter corrugated belly Hbeam having a span of up to 40 meters), which meets the current energy-saving and consumption reduction requirements and is the future development trend.
