NBR orings(nitrile butadiene rubber)
*Service Temperature
For NBR the service temperature can be designed from -55 °C to 100°C or up to 130 °C depending on differenacrylonitrile content
and formula.
*Application
NBR compounds have excellent resistance to abrasion, non-polar oils and solvent, water and permeation (higher acrylonitrile
content will be better). NBR also can be used in conditions of dilute acids, alkalis and salt solution at low temperatures.


FKM, o-rings(Fluorocarbon)
*Service Temperature
For general type Viton the service temperature is better limited to approximately from -26 to 232°C in static applications, though
the service temperature can arrive to 275°C at short time In dynamic applications, it is suitable between -15°C and 200 °C.
*Application
Because FKM has excellent resistance of high temperature, oil, solvent, flame, chemicals and weathering, it is usually applied in
automotive, chemical processing, aerospace and many other industries.


Silicone Rubber o ring (Q, MQ, VMQ, PVMQ)
*Service Temperature
For Silicones the service temperatures are from -60 C to 225°C. Some special types can be used in extreme temperature up to 300°C
and down to -100°C.
*Application
Silicone rubber performs well under environmental and temperature extremes. It is usually applied in automotive and aerospace
industries where flexibility and longevity are important. It is also a suitable material for parts that need food grade for food
handling equipment and appliances.


PU o-rings(Polyurethane)
*Service Temperature
-45 to 120 °C
*Application
PU displays higher mechanical strength, high abrasion, wear and extrusion resistance, high pressure load capacity, as well as a high tear and elongation at break resistance.
PU is suitablefor for application in mineral oils and greases, hydraulic oils, silicone oils and greases, highly non-flammable hydraulic fluids HFA and HFB and water uo to 50℃.

PTFE's mechanical properties are low compared to other plastics, but its properties remain at a useful level over a wide temperature range of -100°F to +400°F (-73°C to 204°C).

Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPM, EPDM)
*Service Temperature
For EPDM the service temperature can be designed from -55 C to 125 C or up to 150 C (for peroxide cured systems).
*Application
In phosphate-ester based hydraulic fluids and glycol based brake fluids systems Ethylene Propylene Rubber is good choice for
sealing parts. EPDM is also is usually used in hot water or steam applications up to 150 C.


FVMQ oring(Fluorosilicone Rubber)
*Service Temperature
Fluorosilicone rubber has good physical and mechanical properties and chemical stability, and can work for a long time at -60 to
200°C, and short-term use below 250°C.
*Application
Mainly used in the preparation of heat-resistant, oil-resistant, acid-resistant rubber products. Such as seals,
rubber hoses, rubber pads, tapes, tapes, films, fuel tanks and impregnated products, etc., can also be used as outer sheaths of
wires and anti-corrosion linings of equipment, etc., widely used in aviation industry, petroleum industry, automobile industry,

FFKM oring(Perfluoroelastomer)

HNBR has high temperature resistance of 130~180℃, cold resistance of -55~-38℃, and excellent mechanical properties. Compared with other polymers, it can better meet the requirements of the automotive industry.

Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is widely used in oil fields, automobile industry, etc.


ACM oring
*Service Temperature
For ACM the service temperature can be designed from -10 to 150°C.
*Application
It is used in diaphragms, hoses for automotive applications. Good heat, ozone and oil resistance. Typically attacked by water,alcohols, glycols and aromatics. The molecular structure contains ethyl acrylate (EA), butyl acrylate (BA) and methoxyethyl
acrylate (MEA). High BA content improves low temperature resistance and high MEA content improves oil resistance.
