GBYZ-1/2/4 Stone Baluster Column Cutting Machine
GBYZ-1/2/4 series Baluster Column Cutting Machine is one kind of ideal stone processing equipment. It specially uses in processing circular cylinder, Roman column ,balls and so on.
This machine used the advanced electronic technology, the fiber-optics probe, the basis board scanning, the auto city to be high, the service life was long. Reduced worker's labor intensity enormously. This function simultaneously processes two Roman columns, raised the labor productivity greatly. And it is suitable in the volume production. Cutter head up/down, moving right and left, column rotating speed are all adjustable by inverter.This machine has virtues of attractive appearance, modern structure, high service efficiency, good quality, simplicity of operator, convenient to use and so on.
we have three types, one is for cutting 1pc bigger (Max.diameter can be 500mm, and length can be 3000mm)column, one can cut two pcs column at the same time, another one can cut 4pcs small column at the same time.
After you use GBYZ series Column Cutting Machine cut, then you need GBLMJ-1800 Baluster Polishing Machine to polish the column you have cut. the machine will rotate the baluster, and worker use the manual polishing machine stand besides the machine to polish it.
