SLM3500R Self Loading Concrete Mixer is a kind of multi-functional machinery which combined the transit mixer, concrete mixer and wheel loader together. It can automatically load, measure, mix and discharge concrete mixture. Equipped with powerful YUCHAI,85 kW Diesel engine and 4 wheel drive , the self loading concrete mixer is just like a truck and the operator can drive it to where it needs to go. It is very convenient for loading material, such as cement, aggregate, stone. The mixing drum could slew together through 270° for high discharge over 1 m on the four sides of the vehicle.
The the Geometric Volume of Mixing Drum is 5.2m³. The concrete output is 3.5m3 per Batch, 14 m3 per Hour. The wide cabin windscreen and the specially designed loading arms dramatically improve visibility during casting operations. This self loading concrete mixer is driven by YUCHAI ,85kW (115 HP), 4 Cylinder, Turbo-charged, Water-cooled diesel engine, which is featured by high reliablity and low fuel consumption. The CUMMINS(125 HP) Engine is optional upon request.
270° Slewing Drum for Concrete Discharge at 4 Sides of Vehicle
The mixing drum can slew to 270 degrees towards left,rear and right directions, so as to discharge concrete in four sides of vehicle.When discharging concrete, the mixing drum could be lifted up by the hydraulic cylinders underneath, which could make the discharge process more completely and quickly.
Double logarithm and Archimedes Spiral Blade
Matched with 8 PCS of Pentagonal Mixing Scraper
Inside the mixing drum, there are double logarithm and Archimedes spiral blade matched with 8 pieces of pentagonal mixing scraper, which could make the mixing operation more uniform and discharge process faster. The residue inside is thus few.
Four Pieces of Supporting Roller for Mixing Drum
There are four pieces of supporting roller situated under our mixing drum, with two pieces for both sides, which could ensure our drum run more steadily and smoothly than that with only two pieces of supporting roller.
Enlarged Turbo-Type Full Sealed Turntable
The turntable adopted on our mixer is a kind of enlarged turbo-type full sealed one, which is much more stable and durable than that gear-type turntable.
Bucket can overturn at high position
The bucket of this mixer could overturn when lifted to high position, loading and discharging material like wheel loader. It could be a substitute for wheel loader to some extent, combining the function of wheel loader, concrete mixer and concrete mixer truck together.
Detachable Cab Window
The cab's front window is equipped with sliding way and can be detached to upper position, which makes driver have broad and clear view during operation.
Full-load at 40% Gradeability
The mixer with full load could climb steep slope up to 40% gradient, which is very useful for the driving and operation process in the mountainous area.
High Rotating Speed of Mixing Drum
The rotating speed of our mixing drum reached 20 rounds per minutes, which has improved working efficiency by 30% compared to our competitors in the industry
Closed Circuit Hydraulic Rotation System
The mixing drum is rotated by means of planetary reducer and USA Brand Sunny hydraulic piston motor in closed circuit, which is more much stable than that equipped with gear pump and motor.
Excavator Style Spacious Driver's Cab
Our driver's cab is much more spacious than other's. It is a kind of crawler excavator style cab. The anatomic seat is with function of flexible suspension and height adjustment .One set of joystick control system is situated on the right side of driver's seat. The panoramic color monitor is near the steering wheel. The operation situation from the four sides of machine could be shown clearly on the colored monitor, which increase the driving safety . Fire Extinguisher , Safety Hammer and Air Conditioner are also equipped inside the cab.
The Electronic Weighing Device could show the weight and ratio of cement, sand and stone during the mixing process.
