Xiehe Abrasive paper Jumbo roll laminating machine is designed to laminate Velcro or PSA on coated abrasive full width web backing side.


Water-base or oil-based glue is used as the adhesive.


When working, the glue is evenly applied to the back of the abrasive paper, then the velcro fabric bond with the glued sandpaper.After heating by far infrared drying tunnel, the two layers of materials are cured and integrated.

Usage:


1. This machine can laminate abrasive paper with velvet or release paper by means of solvent-based glue or water-based glue. Also, it can be applied to the coating and lamination of sponge,cloth,leather and so on.It is suitable for deep-processing of sandpaper and other various industries.
