GD150B/300B/450B/600B/1200B Automatic Lollipop Depositing Line
This production line for lollipop candy the whole production line 22meters at length, and only 1000pcs moulds required for this line.
The processing line is an advanced and continuous plant for making different sizes of gelatin-type soft candies. It is an idealequipment which can produce out good quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.

Automatic weighing and mixing system
Weighs and mixes up to dry and liquid confectionery ingredients into a homogeneous slurry. Individual ingredients are fed via a weigh hopper into the mixer and mixed during the fill cycle to produce a consistent slurry. Batches are fed from the Auto feed mixing tank to two reservoir tanks to facilitate a continuous feed to the cooker.

Micro-film cooker
VCC1200 vacuum micro-film cooker is composed of one set of syrup dosing pump, one set of preheating equipment, two sets of vacuum micro-film evaporator, two groups of vacuum pumps with water circulation system, two sets of unloading pumps and some other devices like temperature and pressure gauges and electrical control box and so on. All of the parts and devices are installed on the same frame and connected through a variety of pipes and valves. The unit features high yield,
good quality of syrup, high transparency and easy operation, etc.
