Product Overview


This is a complete set of the wheels to build your own 2” x 48” or 2” x 72” belt knife grinder.

One piece - 4” drive wheel with a bore sized for a 5/8" (.625”) drive shaft with a 3/16” keyway. It is also broached to use with keyed shaft or can be used with a smooth shaft with a flat ground on it for the set screw. A set screw is included. This wheel is domed (convex) in the contact area for proper belt tracking. It has a 4" OD x 2 1/4" wide.

One piece - 3” tracking wheel that is domed on a cnc lathe for proper tracking. The bearings have a 1/2” ID hole for use on 1/2” shafts or bolts for axles. It is 3” OD x 2 1/4” wide.

Two pieces - 2” contact wheels that are flat turned on the outside and also feature a 1/2" ID bearing. They are 2” OD x 2 1/4” wide.

3”/4” WHEELS ARE DOMED ON A CNC LATHE FOR PROPER TRACKING .

THE BEARINGS ARE PRESSED INTO POCKETS SO THEY WILL NOT GO DEEPER IF OVER TIGHTENED.

THE BEARINGS ARE REPLACEABLE.
