Our thread drill rods are made of high-intensity alloy steel imported from Sweden. All the trails and threads are formed by high precision CNC machines. The thread is induced by induction hardening, then fast heating and cooling. The precision temperature controlled heat treatment equipment ensures the service life of the drill rod, improves the mechanical properties of the drill rod, Holistic carburization increases the carbon content in the outer layer of drill rod, and hardened outer steel body. The solid thread can fit perfectly with the inner wall of the drill bits,and complete various roadway tunneling, underground mining and open pit drilling task in complex rock and terrain rough drilling with high precision and high efficiency .
Note: We can design and manufacture according to customer's requirement of the Drifter Rod, Extension Rod, Speed Rod, MF-Rod and others.
