Product introduction
Graphite electrode is a kind of high-temperature resistant graphite conductive material produced by a series of processes such as kneading, molding, baking, impregnation, graphitization and mechanical processing, using petroleum coke and needle coke as aggregates and coal tar pitch as binder. It has good stability, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and low penetration point.


RP Graphite Electrode
It is refined from high-quality petroleum coke and coal tar pitch through raw material calcination, batching, kneading, molding,
roasting, graphitization, machining and other processes.


HP Graphite Electrode
It is made of high-quality petroleum coke and needle coke as aggregates and coal tar pitch as binder through raw material calcination, crushing and grinding, batching, kneading, molding, roasting, impregnation, graphitization, machining and other procedures. The product has the characteristics of low resistivity, good conductivity and good chemical stability. It can meet the steel-making needs of various high-power electric arc furnaces and refining furnaces.


UHP graphite electrode
100% high-quality needle coke is used. Through advanced production equipment and technology, it is produced in strict accordance with production standards. The ultra-high power graphite electrode produced has the characteristics of lower resistivity, better conductivity and higher mechanical strength. It can meet the steel-making needs of various ultra-high power electric arc furnaces and refining furnaces


HD Graphite Electrode
The volume density and mechanical strength are increased by impregnating the asphalt into the electrode pores to eliminate the pores, which reduces the resistivity. Graphite electrodes are usually impregnated with coal tar pitch when baking semi-finished products, and then graphitized after impregnation. SHP Graphite Electrode

Crushing Screcning Burdening Kneading
Needle coke is broken in mechanical equipment, and after screening, it is proportioned according to the proportion required by the formula. The screened raw material particles are mixed with a certain proportion of asphalt according to the formula requirements, and heated and stirred to form a paste with certain plasticity




Forming
The paste with suitable temperature is added to the molding machine, pressed and extruded,
and formed into green green body according to the specification






Baking for the first time
The graphtie electrode is roasted to a certain temperature in the roasting furnace according to the process requirements



Impregnation
The roasted graphite electrode is treated with special asphalt and vacuum high pressure to
make the product more compact




Baking for the second time
After the impregnation, the products are fired in the tunnel kiln for the second time to fully coke the asphalt and improve the density and strength of the products


Graphitization
After calcination, the product is heated to above 3000 ℃ in the graphitization resistance
furnace to rearrange the carbon atom structure into a specific graphite crystal form


Machining
The graphitized products are machined into finished products that meet the dimensional
accuracy requirements
