to 131°C. Zinc nitrate hexahydrate is dissolved in water and alcohol. It's solution shows acidity. Zinc nitrate is subject to deliquescence and is know as an oxidizer. It will burn or explode once in contact with easy combustion things. It can't be eat.
Storage:
Stored in a low temperature, ventilated, dry warehouse. Separate storage with reducing agent, organic matter, etc.
