Product Description
Reinforcing profile for PVC windows provides stiffness and stability of window frames and door assemblies. A steel load-bearing member installed in inner chamber of plastic extrusions increases a performance property of PVC-windows, compensates temperature changes in geometry of plastic or metal, prevents deformation.
The first reason is that inserting GI Reinforcement inside a profile provides strength and rigidity to the profile. You must have heard many a times that UPVC Profiles bend while installation. This is not due to the quality of the upvc profile and does not necessarily mean that the profile is of an inferior quality but because of the absence of the GI Reinforcement, the profile could not get support, strength and rigidity.

Packing & Delivery
Before loading to the container, we will check the machine first
Second, make some protection on the machine, Such as, we will paint the coil on the roller and shaft, in case the roller and shaft got corrosion and rusty during long time delivery
Third, we will make the plastic package on the easy damage parts, and fix all the parts into container by the steel wire ropes, and ensure the machine will not damage when shaking on sea.
At last, we will take photos for customer when loading to container
