A: We send sample by express, usually DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS or UPS to guarantee promptly delivery. We also can send to your forwarder as your requirement.

Q2:How  about payment terms ?

a. For sample and timely delivery order, 100% Payment in advance, it is better for you to order by on-line

b. <30,000USD, if lead time more than 20 days, 30% Payment in advance, 70% balance should be paid before delivery

c. >100,000USD,we accept 50% payment in advance, 50% balance should be paid after the seller show the copy of B/L

d: we accept T/T, Escrow, Western Union

Q3: How to deal with defective products? After confirming, the defective goods can be exchanged with the ratio of 1:1. We will make concrete solutions to concrete problems.
