NC-120 2ply slitter & cross cutter machine
1)Adopt high speed steel plate bladeThe slitter unit and cross cutting unit are isolated, which is convenient to adjust and change the blade
Slitter is round blade cutting , manual adjust the blade.
2)Cross cutting is Flat straight knife
he gear of cross cut unit adopt un-key joint which will never loose.
Transmission gear adopt 40Cr , which will thermal refining ,then the surface of gear quench and abrasive planning, adopt Oil-immersed lubrication

3)As an important part of the paperboard production line, the machine is used to complete the collection and finishing of the paperboard, which greatly reduces labor costs and improves production efficiency.
