Full Automatic Solar Panel Laminating Machine
As the equipment of manufacturing solar module limited to laminate glass, EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Sheet), solar cell and back sheet
A laminator is a piece of equipment that presses multiple layers of material together. Put the laid modules into the laminator, and melt the EVA by heating to bond the cells, glass and back sheet together. The air is pumped by the vacuum pump to discharge the air in the gap of the packaging material and the gas generated during the lamination process and to eliminate the air bubbles in the module. Then apply a certain pressure on the surface of the modules through the inflation stage to press these substances tightly together.
