 Polymer modified cement grouting material is high strength Portland cement as the matrix, with high performance polymer as the main modified composition of multi-purpose cement base composite material, mainly composed of cement, polymer, mineral admixture, cement super plasticizer, with good liquidity, micro expansion, toughness, and concrete bonding strength, anti-corrosion durability, suitable for concrete structure crack width more than 3mm crack filling repair and external steel reinforcement, etc. Polymer cement grouting material comprehensively uses the technology of polymer and admixture modification, shrinkage compensation, interface enhancement, autocurrent compaction, and steel rust resistance of high performance cement based composite material, which is especially suitable for hinge pouring of new hollow slab bridge

1, pretreatment: with compressed air in the concrete crack ash, pollutants blown out.
2. Buried grouting pipe: bury a grouting pipe every 500mm along the direction of crack length.
3, sealing: with inorganic rapid sealing material or all the crack surface.
4, pressure test: close the grouting pipe, use 0.2-0.3MPa pressure to pressure water or gas test, observe whether the sealing joint is dense, and keep the concrete crack surface wet but there is no water in the joint.
5, ingredients: the mass ratio of polymer cement grouting material is: polymer cement grouting material: water 10:2.5-2.8. Use a forced mixer or a modified impact electric drill for mixing, stir evenly after use. The mixed slurry should be uniform in color, no powder, precipitation, gray material, bleeding, etc., and the fluidity should meet the requirements of grouting consistency. After the grouting material preparation, it should be used immediately to avoid solidification.
6. Grouting: put the mixed grouting material into the special pressure grouting tank, and the slurry is continuously injected into the crack with the pressure of about 0.3MPa. Vertical cracks shall be grouting from bottom to top, and the filled grouting nozzle shall be closed immediately. In the grouting process, attention should be paid to removing the air in the crack, and the latter grouting pipe is a vent, which shall not be blocked, so as not to affect the air emission.
7. Maintenance: After the grouting, the grouting part should maintain water maintenance for more than 7days.
