Use a forced mixer or a modified impact electric drill for mixing, stir evenly after use. The mixed slurry should be uniform in color, no powder, precipitation, gray material, bleeding, etc., and the fluidity should meet the requirements of grouting consistency. After the grouting material preparation, it should be used immediately to avoid solidification.
6. Grouting: put the mixed grouting material into the special pressure grouting tank, and the slurry is continuously injected into the crack with the pressure of about 0.3MPa. Vertical cracks shall be grouting from bottom to top, and the filled grouting nozzle shall be closed immediately. In the grouting process, attention should be paid to removing the air in the crack, and the latter grouting pipe is a vent, which shall not be blocked, so as not to affect the air emission.
7. Maintenance: After the grouting, the grouting part should maintain water maintenance for more than 7days.
