What is the MOQ for each item?

Our MOQ is 1 pcs, for some parts is 5pcs.

Can I get some samples? Are they free?

Of course you can get sample for testing before bulk order, but samples are not free. But the cost can be refundable after mass order.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms are 30% deposit, 70% balance.  Cash, T/T, West Union, PayPal and Trade Assurance on Ali etc.

What’s the delivery time?

Most of products are in stock. We can send to you within 2 working days after your payment .for the products are out of stock; production time is 5-10 days.

What about warranty time?

For PC products is 2 years, barcode scales is 1 year,6 months for parts.

Can I have my own logo on the products, do you offer product OEM?

Yes! We can put your logo in the product and we do OEM for customers. But it requires certain quantity and the cost need to be added separately.

Do you offer other relevant items?

Yes, we are offering cash register scales, POS machine, barcode scales, weighing scales, barcode printer, cash drawer, scanner, and spare parts of barcode scales.

How does your factory do the quality control?

We strictly control every detail of production. In addition to the quality inspections that are basically required in production, we also have a quality inspection department, and each product has a quality inspection record.
