The T / H / I Beam Assembly-welding-straightening machine developed by our factory is designed on the basis of absorbing the advantages of similar foreign products and combining the actual situation of domestic steel structure production. Its main structural advantages are: the all-in-one welding and straightening machine is special equipment for assembly, welding, and straightening T / H steel. It will integrate the three pieces of equipment of the assembly machine, gantry welding, and straightening machine into one piece of equipment. To carry out, significantly improve production efficiency, reduce equipment costs, and save equipment installation space, is the production equipment for efficient production of H-Beam and T-Beam. In addition, this equipment uses CNC programming control to automatically complete the automatic feeding, automatic centering, automatic welding, automatic straightening, and other work in the production process of T / H / I Beam welding, which saves a lot of manpower and provides automatic production of the entire profile solid foundation.

Assembly unit:


There are two sets of manipulators among input conveyors of the equipment, for rough aligning and positioning of flange and web. When sheets are hoisted onto the equipment, these manipulators can support the sheets and align them, preventing the sheets from dumping, and making operation safe and reliable.


There are 2 sets of positioning units for flange and web each, with the positioning style is clamp both sides at the same time, making accurate positioning of the workpiece. The lead-screw positioning units (2 for flange, 2 for web) are joint together with the chain and shaft, guaranteeing in-phase working of the units, as well as simple and quick adjustment for different sizes of H-beam.



After the web and flange are sent into the equipment, the tail aligning unit will be raised automatically, making sure alignment of the face of the flanges and web.


Welding unit:


2 sets of China MZ-1000/1250/1600Amp IGBT PRO SAW system are used for welding the 2 seams alongside both sides of the H-beam, (single wire diameter is Ø3.0 or Ø 4.0 mm), featuring high efficiency and good quality.


The position of the welding torch can be adjusted and observed easily during welding.


2 sets of automatic flux recycling systems are used for conveying flux to the welding seam and screening and recycling un-sintered flux by way of the suction hole at the rear side of the torch and sucking the flux back into the flux barrel for re-use.

Straightening unit:


Deformation happens at the flanges post-welding. For this reason, 1 set of flange straightening units is equipped at the output side of the equipment. It is a mechanic down-stroke style, of strong force and easy control.

After welding, one side of the web will be subjected to heat input, making H-beam expand and bend upward. For this reason, 2 sets of elevating conveyors are used for supporting H-beam.


The equipment has the same speed for assembly, welding, and straightening which is VF controlled and displayed in digits, adapting to the manufacture of H-beam of various specifications.

 Warranty:


   The guarantee period of quality shall be 12 months counting from the date on which the commodity arrives at the port of your destination. Except for the damage artificially, we are responsible for offering the fittings free of charge during the guarantee period. In any case, we need that you send the damaged fittings by courier with your charge if we need them for repair or backup, we will send you the alternative fittings at the first time you need them.


 


    After the guarantee of the quality period, the parts required to repair or change, if any, shall be paid.
