Description





Corrugated fuel tank process:

2. The box along the angle iron is cut by the profile laser cutting machine, and then manually assembled and spot welded, and the robot is fully welded.
3. The bottom of the four-sided box and the triangular frame, after bending, are manually assembled and spot-welded, and the robot is fully welded.
4. After the corrugated sheet is spot welded on the frame, the robot can be used to realize full welding.
5. After full welding, go to the assembly line, robot welds the channel steel of the foot, manually repairs the welding, and starts leak testing.
