Modular system
The Rolling Barrier Guardrail was built with maintenance as a primary concern. A modular design comprised of D-shaped steel rails, round steel-posts with EVA shock-absorbing barrels, and frame rail lockers means that after incidents, individual parts can be replaced without compromising the entire system thus reducing maintenance costs.

Structural Design Of Each Part
Wear resistance is higher than 200% Wear resistance is higher than 200% to other anti-collision barrel materials in the market . Due to its unique production process and process, Taicheng Rotary Anti-collision Barrel has 3mm thick hard polyurethane protective layer in the outer layer of the barrel. Its tensile strength and bearing capacity are 2-3 times that of other anti-collision barrels in the market.
The shape of the rotating barrel is shown in Figure A.1 ,The nominal size and allowable deviation shall comply with the requirements of Table A.1.
