BODEGAS CELAYA S.A. was established in 1927 and is still a family owned winery focused on producing high quality wines that will be enjoyed by the most demanding drinkers. The knowledge acquired from almost one century together with our selected vineyards and continuous production improvements has
made from us a recognized winery worldwide.
The vineyards are situated at 700 meters above sea level with very cold winters and dry summers where they enjoy all of the benefits of the excellent Mediterranean climate: warm during the day and fresh during the night. This makes grapes mature very slowly. The health and growth of the vines are controlled and well cared for at each stage of pruning, vegetative, growth, ripeness and harvest. Each year, BODEGAS CELAYA S.A. produces internationally loved varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc, and they are also known for the unmatched quality of their Spanish varieties such as Tempranillo, Airen and Verdejo.
In 2000 BODEGAS CELAYA S.A. modernized its facilities, which allowed us to produce wines with an excellent and well-known value for money. Our modern facilities are designed with the aim of creating the best possible environment for the production and conservation of our wines. Parameters such as temperature, humidity and light are artificially controlled to obtain an ideal stable environment.
