This EPS sandwich panel line is one continuous and automatically line which integrate mechanism , electrical controlling , hydraulic system and polyurethane chemical reaction technology. The line adopts advanced international roll forming technology, HCFC polyurethane foaming technology, digital servo technology, frequency conversion vector technology and hydraulic controlling technology,automatic stacking technology. The whole line only needs 7-8 operators. The features of this line are following:
A, High automatization. The whole line adopts one full computer integration controlling system of digital servo technology, frequency conversion vector technology and hydraulic controlling technology, which realizes whole connection, collecting control and collecting management. Adopt cutting style of cut to length without machine stop, so that realize full automatically.
B. High efficiency. The production speed is 3~7m/min(adjustable steplessly according to product forming requirement ) The annual product capacity of this line can reach up to 800000(counting on the base of 250work days per year and 10 work hours per day) .
C. Easy operation. Adopt collecting controlling system, using man-machine conversation. After preparing for the raw material and finishing other production requirements, input required parameters, then machine can make product automatically.

Expandable Polystyrene Sandwich Panel Machine maily consist of a roll forming machine and a sandwich panel laminating system. both roll forming machine of the line consists of feeding system, roll forming system and cutting system, while the laminating system is made up of such equipment as uncoiler, feeding, squeezing,gelatinizing, heating,laminating,edge rolling, edge turnover, groove-making,edge pruning, pneumatic device, automatic cutting and PLC. The whole machine possesses advanced working crafts, merging mechanical and electrical equipments into an organic whole.




Sandwich panels have the feature of light (weigh only 1/40 to 1/10 of common brick), high strength, warm conservation, water proof, convenient for construction, short construction period, admirable appearance ,can stable and long time working to satisfied high quantity .




Sandwich panel production line is used for the special purpose of producing the new type constructional material (EPS Sandwich panel), with the function of compounding EPS or rock wool of different size to the color steel sheets. coil width can use 1200mm and 1250mm,EPS thickness from 50-250mm.It is adjustable.
