Excavator grab application
Excavator grabs can be divided into shell-shaped grabs and orange-petal grabs according to their shapes. The former is composed of two complete bucket-shaped components, and the latter is composed of three or more jaw plates. The excavator grab itself is equipped with an opening and closing structure and is generally driven by a hydraulic cylinder. The grab excavator is generally suitable for foundation pit excavation of building foundations, deep pit excavation and loading of mud, sand, coal and gravel, especially in trenches or trenches. Excavation and loading are carried out on one side of the restricted space, as well as the loading and unloading of ships, trains and automobiles.
SE series rotary drive devices with different output torques are selected according to the number of cubic materials in the grab bucket and the loading weight of the hanging basket. The hollow structure facilitates the layout of the grab opening and closing hydraulic pipelines. The hydraulic motor of the drive device is equipped with a two-way balance valve to avoid the inertia moment of the cargo. To cope with the impact, an end-face flow-matching high-torque cycloidal hydraulic motor is optional.
