TDCD-1300-80 Dredgeing Cutter Head Drive System
The cutter head drive system is installed in the front of the reamer frame, the drive device is mainly composed of a hydraulic motor, toothed coupling, intermediate drive shaft bearing assembly, reamer, etc.
Single 80KW hydraulic motor drives through the coupling short shaft and tooth coupling direct drive reamer shaft, so that the reamer rotates for cutting movement.
The transmission system seal adopts a floating mechanical seal and skeleton oil seal device to prevent mud and sand from entering.
The reamer can have a combination of continuously variable speed regulation.
The teeth on the reamer can be exchanged for different types of teeth to adapt to the requirements of different soil excavations.
Hydraulic motor has two-way relief valve and special seal for underwater use.
