Named after the god of wind, this fine wine offers a crisp, dry finish.This dry white wine is made with an exclusively Japanese grape variety called “Koshu,” and it features nuances of grapefruit and other citrus fruits, along with a rich aroma and refreshing taste. It lets you savor an added depth of flavor by highlighting the subtle flavors found in Japanese cuisine without interfering with the taste of the food. This winery is surely an exceptional place.
This winery produces its wines in a rich, natural pasture amid Mt. Akakuzure, which is located west of the town Taiwa. The soil is of such a high quality that cows were said to be particularly fond of grazing on the grass here. Japanese parsley, bracken, and watercress are also found growing out in the wild nearby. Taiwa also features wild plants, mushrooms, and freshwater fish fostered within the town’s natural environment.
