REOO HD Camera Accurately Install Testing Kit Charging Machine for 500MW Full Automatic Solar Panel Production Line

Function: This equipment can realize the robot automatic installation tools, guide the accurate installation of the manipulator by the visual positioning system.

Machine features

1. Test module Power-on testing tools applicable 60/66/72/78, conventional/half cut cell/single and double glass modules.

2. The HD camera is used to collect the image of the target area, and the image is analyzed /calculated by the visual positioning system, and then the calculated results are sent to PLC to guide the manipulator to install the target accurately.

3. HD camera to complete the image acquisition function, visual positioning system to complete the image analysis function, calculate the target coordinate Angle information, and send the calculation results to PLC

4. Inputting modules in place, camera photography positioning, positive and negative leads calibration, power-on fixture is positioning and grabs from the material carts, pressing the fixture in between the long side frame, then Installation completed.

Training:
We supply both overseas and local training to the engineers and technicians on operation and maintenance.

Buyer borne air tickets, lodging, food and training material .

Packing:

All the equipment, tools, accessories and goods be suitably packed. All packages are liable to be opened for customs examination and packing shall therefore be designed to facilitate opening and reacking thereafter. 

Each package shall have the shipment information printed on it in bold letters.

Manuals/Documents:

Operational and maintenance manuals of all equipment is in English, along with a soft copy in a CD(compatible version: MS Word/ PDF).

Raw material:
We supply all the material for production solar panel from China for trial production and formal production,buyers pay for the cost.
