PEEK PTFE carbon UPE Spring Energized Seals

Spring Seal (Variseal) is a high-performance seal with a special spring inside U Teflon. The appropriate spring force plus system flow pressure pushes out the sealing lip (surface) and gently presses it. The sealed metal surface thus produces a very excellent sealing effect. The actuation effect of the spring can overcome the slight eccentricity of the metal mating surface and the wear of the sealing lip, and continue to maintain the expected sealing performance.
