API 7-1 P550 P650 Non Magnetic Flex Steel pipe Drill Collar for Oil Well Drilling Tools
Non magnetic drill collars are made of a low-carbon, high chromium manganese alloy steel. They are refined through strict chemical composition ratios and forged to achieve their mechanical properties. They have good low magnetic permeability, high strength mechanical properties, excellent intergranular corrosion cracking resistance, and excellent wear resistance. When the magnetic field strength is 1 × Relative magnetic permeability of non-magnetic drill collars at 105/4 π A/m ,μ R ≤ 1.010.
Magnetic induction intensity gradient of non-magnetic drill collars at any distance of 100mm along the inner hole ≤ 0.05 μ T.
